Our story
Lofos — “hill” in Greek — was born from a family who turned their passion for cooking and their love for this land into a place to pause.
You'll find us on one of the most beautiful heights in the centre of the island, away from the crowds. Every dish tells the Greece of always: the lamb, the stifado, the garden vegetables, the good olive oil. And as the sun goes down, the little church of Agios Nikolaos lights up in the distance.

From our hilltop the whole valley opens up before you — green hills, distant mountains and the sea light. Come early to take it all in, and stay for the sunset.
